I am by no means a foodie. I wanted to be adventurous and try something new, and this place was a much talked about restaurant by friends. At first glance the menu is intimidating, but Blair (one of the best servers I've had the pleasure of having in a long time) was very knowledgeable and was able to help me make a delicious choice.
I had the flat iron steak- the meat was cooked perfectly, the potatoes and onions were delicious, and the glaze was magnificent.
The only problem I had was seeing all of the other great looking dishes come out of the kitchen and not be able to try them all!
If you're looking for something a little more upscale in downtown Gilbert I highly recommend!
