  • It really bothers me to write this review....I'll start by saying that. I had been sooo pumped and the hype was out of control for this place. The customer service was WONDERFUL. It was a very warm environment. We went on a Sunday, so of course it was over booked and quite crowded. The wait staff handled it with ease. I ordered the meal with the waffles, the grits, eggs, and chicken. The grits, eggs and waffles--ALL wonderful. The chicken was dry. I didn't realize this, until I ordered chicken from Church's a week later and realized, "Lolo's chicken was dry..." I would go again....but I will probably avoid the chicken to be honest.
