  • I like it here. I just finished my first year and have signed a lease for another year. The maintenance guys are super fast - like same day fast 99% of the time. The apartments are oldish but kept up nicely. The pools are great and while the fitness center is tiny (one elliptical, two treadmills and a weight machine) it's kept clean and in good working order. I love that I'm surrounded by trees even though I'm a stones throw away (literally!) from almost every kind of shopping or restaurant one could need. I can chill on my back patio at night, listen to the cicadas, and it feels private - and yet I've got all the perks of apartment living in a fabulous location. The office folks are sweet too and they seem to know who I am which is impressive with so many tenants. So...no complaints! In fact I've recommended this place to a couple friends.
