  • Horrible customer service! I had to reschedule an appointment and I was reprimanded for needing to reschedule. I then show up for the rescheduled time and was told that the appointment was rescheduled a month later instead. I explained the situation to the front desk person and she offered nothing regarding the appointment. If this is how you treat customers I do not want to be introduced to that type of service.
