I was charged twice for a product order during the Christmas shopping season. An employee was trying to straighten it out the next time I brought the dog in, but the owner wouldn't allow it. The owner would not even take my name or number and look into it. The owner wanted me to bring in a bank statement. My bank statement is none of this owner's business. Her business made the error, and it's up to her to have enough respect for her customers to take responsibility and correct the error herself. As much as we love Brittney's grooming, this crummy way of being treated has made me avoid the place.
