  • I've used dry carpet cleaning services before and it def blows away standard steam cleaning results. NaturalDry had the best prices and offered more services than the few other companies out there, and after speaking to Will I was sold. Great cust serv, he spent at least 15 min on the phone patiently answering all my questions, he was direct and honest. The guys were prompt, very nice to deal with, and ended up doing more than they quoted me for less than the quoted $$. I had the whole 9 done since I moved into a rental with disgusting old carpets (at least 20+ years original) and the last tenants had a cat who obviously sprayed everywhere. There were some stains that couldn't be removed (probably due to my using a portable steam cleaner with chemicals that bleached the carpet) and one stain that come up from the padding with their urine/enzyme treatment that they didn't know exactly what it was. I can't blame their work - it's very low shag, poor quality carpet that is totally worn out and has never been cleaned properly before. I have had the dry carpet cleaning process done before on higher shag carpet with tons of urine stains and it cleaned up perfectly, so I think there's a limit to what anyone can do with my current hot mess of a carpet. The whole carpet smells great and everything was safe to use with my dogs and cat. NaturalDry will most def be my carpet cleaner of choice while I'm in the LV area. Thanks guys I appreciate the work.
