  • Extremely disappointed. I have spent hundreds of dollars at store over the years, and they cannot help me with my lost order. I live out of state and decided to order my son a shirt from this store. It was shipped, but was due to arrive over a week ago. I emailed them and they said that they reached out to USPS, but I should too to "get this figured out sooner". Asked if they could issue me a refund, the response I got was they couldn't because everything was correct on their end, and it was sent out. Let's just say, GV will not be getting my business anymore. I'll be ordering from other Cleveland stores instead.
