While friendly when exchanging emails, and I'm sure they do a great job, they lost stars for an aspect that ultimately made me book an entirely different wedding planner.
I plan on making my own flowers and really was looking for a day of planner to help with set up the reception centerpieces and table settings so my bridal party and family wasn't subjected to doing it all day. Also the venue only allows us 2 hours before the wedding starts to set up and there just wasn't time for myself and my bridesmaids to do it with getting ready.
I inquired to them about their day of services and the package sounded great, however when I asked for assistance with set up I was told no. They were simply too busy to help with venue set up... ummm what? Isn't that what you're hiring them for? I was told I needed to hire an ADDITIONAL different coordinator to help with set up.
After that I decided to pass and went with my venues preferred wedding planner who said I could sit back, relax, and be pampered on my wedding day while they set up everything for me, and were also less expensive.
