| - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DON'T RENT HERE!! THIS PLACE RUINED MY LIFE DUE TO A MICE INFESTATION THAT RUINED $5000 PLUS DOLLARS OF MY BELONGINGS.
There are NO efforts being made for pet control. Within the last 3 weeks, I have gone in and out of the locker and cleaned mouse droppings, only to see NEW droppings every time I visit. I have contacted management four times about the pest issue and no one will provide any answers...other than the ludicrous response of "we are putting out pest-reducing pellets." Really? Not a single trap has been laid and mice continue to run rampant.
ROBIN is the epitome of a see-you-next-Tuesday and I cannot believe she can sleep at night knowing how she cons people out of thousands of dollars of possessions. My 1600 dollar couch is RUINED due to having mice droppings and blood on the fabric.Their ridiculous protocol is to make the tenant pay 250 DOLLARS to get rid of items in the locker. Why am I being forced to pay to remove the damaged couch?! It's common sense that mice carry serious and sometimes fatal disease, and I can never sit on the couch without worrying I will get sick.
Interestingly, Regina, the district manager, should have been on this issue immediately but she will NOT get back to me, no matter how many messages I leave . No one at this company cares about the mice infestation .
Even before the mice, this place was a joke. Rich was the original con man who helped Robin lure people to sign up without providing the true details. I was told by Rich that it cost 1 dollar to rent the first month, but ended up owing 100 dollars. Now each month I'm being ripped off 120 bucks for all of my items to sit in MOUSE BLOOD AND CRAP and I'm being bullied into paying to remove the items they destroyed...not only the couch, but also a box spring, boxes of clothes that were chewed into [!!!], shoes, and other personal items.
On my last visit I begged management to let me throw away some of the ruined boxes. Robin actually had the nerve to say that I could not use their dumpster and had to REMOVE MY OWN TRASH in a dumpster at my own residence. OR else, she claimed, I would be fined an unknown amount. WTF?
Never mind it's Robin's laughable ability to manage her own storage company that caused me to even have this trash to begin with. She offered NO sympathy, kindness, or understanding and keeps ignoring my calls. In fact, she got in my face and aggressively clapped her hands at me and demanded, 'GIVE ME YOUR LOCK!' and jammed it into the side of the door to keep it open since even THE DOOR IS BROKEN. Really?
Please, stay away from this fraudulent and horrible company at all costs. I will continue to take actions against them, I have already notified the board of health. You won't get away with this.
