  • It's the Ritz, it is an establishment that prides themselves in great service and again did not disappoint. They are currently in the middle of an entire hotel remodel and are half way done. Being a Marriott elite member they upgraded me to a new remodeled larger long room. The rooms are stunning with chrome hardware, grey, white, and black color scheme throughout. Extremely modern, yet elegant. The rooms space was well used, the bed was super comfy, the lighting very hi tech with different lighting options for times of day. The bathroom was covered in marble which made it super opulent. Upon arrival we were greeted in our room with a note from the guest relations team, demetrius, whom had written a hand written welcome note. That note was accompanied with a guitar made of chocolates and filled with amazing truffles. If I am ever in Cleveland again, I will stay here again!
