  • My wife received a $50 gift certificate for this salon through a charity fundraiser. She realized that it was about to expire and called the salon to make a same day appointment. Nobody answered so she went by the location. Nobody was there. When she finally got a call back later in the evening she was told that there was no way she could make an appointment. She asked if there was any way they might extend the expiration date of the gift certificate and was then berated by the person on the phone about why she hadn't made an appointment earlier and why had my wife held on to the gift certificate for so long without using it. Very unprofessional. I recommend not doing business with someone who treats prospective clients like this.
