  • The purchase of my automobile was not very satisfactory. They upsale the hell out of you far exceeding the value of the automobile. They only care about their profit. I've had 2 problems with my car due to poor service. After an oil change and service, the lower plastic protector beneath the oil pan wasn't correctly attached. It came loose dragging on the freeway. It was destroyed. LM Toyota replaced it. No problem! Service included tire rotation. I could make butter the car has been riding so rough. Returned once again. Tires rotated but not balanced. They are taking care of it. These things should not have been a problem in the first place. Wasted too much time with followup service. Everyone is very nice and prompt on greeting the customer. Just wish I didn't have to waste time on return followup service.
