  • I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was in a very tough position with a flat tire and needing to be on the road in 5 hours. This service team George, Rich and especially Tom Webb, went above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen for me. He rushed a delivery of tires ensuring I received the proper one for my vehicle. Then was COMPLETELY honest with me about whether I needed two or one new tire based on the tread and legal ramifications of the manufacturer. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need, or couldn't afford. Tom even went into back records to see if my old warranty was good on the tire that blew. From the moment I called them till I was out the door and on the road was just under 3 hours. And I thought I would have been stuck for a night. I will NEVER go anywhere else in the Cleveland area for repairs or tire needs. The customer care and quality assurance here is unsurpassed. They don't make people like this anymore. Thank you guys. Thank you!
