  • It was conveyed to me that this company would come out and give me a "free" quote; I made the appt. two weeks ahead of time; the day before they were suppose to come out I even followed up and call and was reconfirm that there wouldn't be a charge and that someone would be out. I waited for hours and then called back and was told that a "technician" would call me. After almost an hour's wait, the tech called "under a private" number and told me that the Dispatcher had cancelled the appt. because there would be a charge for coming out. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS COMPANY STINKS AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO A DEAD PERSON!!!!
