  • Normally, I love Pet Club. The one nearest to me has very friendly staff and I always find everything I need. I have had my dog groomed at the Pet Club on Ray and Dobson previously and had very good luck. However, when I took my dog in today, not only did they keep her for over 4 hours when they said it would be 2, they overcharged me by $25. When I asked the groomer about the unusually high price, she flipped out. It's too bad, the job they did was pretty good, but there's no excuse for being hostile to a customer. I won't be going back.
