  • OPI went here to purchase a small amount of gravel for touch-ups on my yard. I spoke to Casey who is the manager and asked him if they sold gravel by the bucket and Casey said yes it's $2 a bucket then Casey told me that he only accepted cash and I said well I don't have cash and then Casey said then we'll have to weigh your vehicle before and after I said why and Casey didn't explain so I chuckled and I said that doesn't make any sense, I said if it's about using a credit card I said go ahead and charge me the surcharge I don't mind and then again Casey didn't say anything again and then I questioned his logic which didn't make sense and kind of chuckled and I said so if I pay cash I can just go back there and get it myself but if I pay with a credit card you're going to make me weigh my vehicle before and after and again Casey said nothing then Casey said we don't sound gravel by the bucket and I said but you just said it was $2 a bucket and then Casey said not to you. so he was refusing to sell me any gravel but Casey never explained himself so this is really poor customer service and the logic is flawed by this guy he shouldn't even be behind a customer service counter let alone being a manager. UPDATE...I was contacted by upper management about my review and they wanted to know what happened so i explained it again... they apologized and said they would address it with Casey that is all i know. I have no way of knowing whether they actually spoke to him or not that's why I'm not changing my review rating on pioneer and Casey. As long as Casey is here in surprise managing this location i will recommend not using this place.. however the crew at the office on northern are awesome.
