  • I was dreading coming here for a name change but finally I had to do it. We came here on a Thursday around 10am, the parking is pretty small & packed but luckily we found one right at the front. Now there's is a huge line as soon as you walk up towards the offices, that line is for immigration, documentation & that sort of thing leading into building 150, thankfully some guy saw us looking around confused & he said name changes are in building 100 just walk along the side. To our surprise there was NO line & we walk right in! As soon as you walk in there is a sign in front of you stating to go to the kiosk, to the right, to take a number from there. There wasn't a lot of people & plenty of seating but be sure to have all your forms ready or try to get a spot where the pens & paper work is at because that was busy & crowded. We had everything ready so we just waiting for the 30 plus people ahead of us. There are security officers who get asked a lot of questions & you can tell they get annoyed, also no drinks or food permitted, which we saw they were pretty strict with. We waited 40 minutes & finally my number was called. The guy helping us was nice, quick & helped me with my questions professionally. We were in & out of the building in about over an hour. Not bad at all!
