If you're thinking about getting the Groupon for this place (not sure if they still have it on) be forewarned that they will charge you a "long hair fee", which I believe was $25. They don't say this in the Groupon, nor did anybody tell me when I called to book my appointment. They only told me when I arrived for the haircut and how can you really say no then? My hair was not even that long, less than three inches past my shoulders. It was also clear they had forgot about my appointment because the girl who usually assists the other stylists told me to wait for my stylist, then returned to cut my hair herself. She did a pretty good job, although to be honest I'm not very picky with my hair and I don't think I was asking for anything special (overall trim and a little bit of layering). It ended up shorter than I expected but maybe that's because my hair was super dead at the ends (or maybe to make sure the long hair fee was put to good use?? lol). I think I would maybe consider going back with the Groupon again if not for the unexpected, and frankly I think unnecessary fee.
