For months this place has been book marked and I finally got to try it. I wonder why it took me this long to get here. It's amazing.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by who I assume everyone speaks highly of, Chef Desyree. She quickly turned all her attention to me asking if I had any food allergies. After saying no, she started educating me on gelato while she started scooping samples to try.
She started out with what I remember her saying was vanilla...or something like the base/foundation of gelato before it gets flavored with unique additions.
The Vietnamese Coffee gelato was the winner of 5 samples she gave me. The lychee was a stand out with freshness and could definitely eat that all summer long. However the coffee was a cozy choice for me.
Not all the flavors on IG are available as there are Flavors of the Day. So I suggest following the IG page for delicious daily flavors.
I can say for sure I'll be back, one because it's really good, two because service was great, and three because she's making Thai Tea Gelato tomorrow.
