  • The trail is truly a treasure in our area. The beautiful woods and scenic stream provide a serene setting. The trail is well maintained and is a testament to the hard work of its many volunteers. Whenever I feel like getting outdoors and getting some exercise the trail is always one of my top options. Several people have taken the time to plant flowers along the side of the trail and that shows the level of care that our community holds for the Montour Trail. Hopefully the trail will never become commercialized and start to get built up with storefronts and billboards.
