  • Stay Away I normally stay at the Courtyard up the road and am always happy there, unfortunately they were sold out during this stay. I saw this Fairfield was one of the few hotels available and since I'm loyal to Marriott I chose this hotel. No wonder it was available. It's a dump. It's surprising that Marriott still allows their name to be associated with this property. I always stay at Marriott's for their consistent standard of quality, this place comes nowhere close. It is old, outdated, and filthy. Our biggest problem was with the bathroom. Like others have stated, the drains don't work, your standing in at least ankle deep water while you shower. The tub was filthy, the shower head was corroded, and worst of all was the "body" hair everywhere. See pics. This place just doesn't set the bar very high for cleanliness, or keeping up with the plumbing or fixtures. Just look at reviews of this place and you will find the manager has been apologizing for its condition since at least 2014, blah blah blah. Bottom line Do Not Stay here, especially if your used to Marriott quality, this is more like a Motel 6 (no offense Motel 6). On a positive note one young lady I spoke with at the front desk was professional and friendly, sorry I can't remember her name.
