  • Have an important event and needed some last minute cleanser and make-up. First, I couldn't find anyone to help me.., there were three girls literally just chillin and not helping anyone. Had to go to the front to ask for help. Still no one. I searched someone out and was referred to as "Oh that's the lady, I guess"., while they stood there waiting for me to approach them. I told them I found one of the products I needed but they all appeared to have been open/tested. The one girl took them to the other woman she had been talking to, (she said her mgr). Next thing I know, the mgr is confronting me tapping on the pump lid, condescendingly telling me that it's closed and they come that way. I wish I would've taken a pic, but it was definitely missing 1/4 of the product. I didn't buy. Now I have to rush around to find another location (cuz I love the product.) But I did not appreciate her tone, her mannerism, or her lack of professionalism. I won't be back here!
