  • About 2 months ago I purchased my frontal. The customer service was great! I asked the girls questions about the frontals and they seemed to know about the product being sold. Little did I know... I was purchasing a 14' frontal when it was supposed to be a mix of 14, 16,18. I clearly saw a difference after installing the frontal and the frontal lenth DID NOT blend well with the bundles I purchased from another company. So I decided to measure the frontal from tge only to find out, my frontal I had purchased for $137 was not a mix of 14,16,18 but in fact all a 14 inch frontal. I wish I could say that this was the end of my story .. But it's not. I've had this frofrontal in for about a month and a half and one swipe of a brush or comb......a handful oh hair comes right out. For the price I paid for a 14 inch frontal on top of that it sheds like f'n crazy. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing any other products from the again until the frontals are true to length. If I ever purchase here again, I will be bringing my own measuring tape . I will also be writing a Google review. I am not happy.
