Pizzaiolo Primo has a great italian menu. I would not call this the best Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh but it was really good. The ambiance was nice. Their pizzas are thin crust neapolitan style. A pizza will serve one person, and might not even fill you up completely if you have a hearty appetite. I got the cavatelli rapini, which was one of their house made pastas. Overall, it was delicious and was a good portion. The sausage in the dish was delicious and the rapini, which is usually a bit bitter, did not have a bitter taste at all (which I enjoyed). I would love to go back and try something else. The dress is upscale casual.
