This establishment did not given me any reason not to give them a five, so here it is.
This place was recommended to me by someone who does not use Yelp, therefore I was a little skeptical. We tasted a total of four rolls. The spider roll, which was the simplest of the four, came with soft shell crab and imitation crab and it was simply delicious. The other two roles we tried had a number of ingredients and we're elaborate, like a large majority of the menu (which I appreciate). The Carrot Top roll was covered in thinly shredded fried carrots which tasted ridiculously amazing and snackable. That was by far my favorite, so good. Then the special number 2 had a little kick to it; it was nice but it was no where near The Carrot Top roll. For dessert we had The Monkey roll, a deep fried banana topped with imitation crab and etc. Such a different combination that worked so well; great way to end your meal as it serves as a dessert.
We were seated within a short amount of time and our orders took about 10 minutes to come out, which was fantastic; and on top of that they worked in an open kitchen to make the sushi. Everything we had tasted fresh, like it had just been made. Although the decor in the condition of the place was not at all bad it was nothing to write home about. But everything else more than covers that. I highly recommend Sushi Fever to anyone who even remotely likes sushi. Such a good experience.
