  • It is a rare day that I don't visit this Chico's, whenever I visit the metro-Phoenix area. It is strategically located at the Arizona Mills, just off Baseline and I-10, and on the way back home to Tucson. All my friends and family know of this one near-addiction of mine. Yes, I visit other Chico's. But THIS one is my fave Chico's. They are an outlet store and offer some different types of items not offered in the regular Chico's stores, PLUS the best part: competitive pricing compared to the other Chico's. I am a regular Chico's shopper when my closet has a space (it's getting quite full now, I must admit!). I have purchased belts (adjustable!) with super pretty clasps, scarves (people often compliment them), pants (I love them), tops galore (need I say more?), jackets and jewelry (great sales). All Chico's have sales, but this store has killer deals sometimes. Occasionally, I can visit and buy nothing. But that is the less likely scenario. This last time, I bought just over $100--but I got 5 items for that money because of a combo of sales going on in the store, my Passport discount and a monthly member coupon discount! One was a jacket perfect for traveling. Another time I got $9.99 jacket that once was $100. Granted, that's not the type of deals you see all the time, but they do happen. A few months back, I got a few sleeveless V-neck tops, nice quality cotton and stitching, for $9.99 each. Remember, if you are a Passport member, you get an additional 5% off. Even off clearance items. And if there are promotional coupons, they are also applied. Chico's keeps a record electronically, so you don't have to carry around coupons or a "card" to get those deals. The people workikng there have always been so helpful to me. My husband has infinite patience and knows to make a beeline to Chico's! Luckily there's a gelato place right nearby in the mall for his edification. (Just kidding, although he did go for it one or two times; so tempting!) It is rewarding to shop here for value and quality and style. Not a bad combo! I usually hit it just right and walk away a happy camper (I mean, shopper!)! HINT for parking: it's a huge mall. So, park on the south side, less cars usually park there and go into that entrance (it's right next to Off 5th, I think). Chico's is just inside the entrance.
