  • I would give negative stars if I could! My pool started turning green. I called them. They said they would have a manager come out and check my pool then call me. Waitied the whole weekend, no one called. I called them back for the manager to say ya I checked it. The chemicals are fine. It's a filter issue but we do not know about sand filters and do not have anyone to recommend. I call and get someone to come check my sand filter, if course it's hot out so they can't come for a week. In the meantime, they want me to take a water sample in and have my levels checked. So I do. I go to 2 places. Both places tell me I need to fire my chemical guy, as the chemicals are not correct. And I have to drain my pool! I just had my pool re-done and the filter replaced last year! You should not have to drain your pool every year. Now the guys come to check the filter. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE FILTER! I wasted $500 plus the months of service that I have been paying you to maintain my pool! When I call to cancel service they lady says ok we will refund you some $26. I went nuts and said you will refund me the whole month! She also had no interest as to why I was cancelling. Did not seem to care. Great customer service on their part, not! They clearly DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THANKS FOR MAKING ME WASTE 500+ ON SERVICES I DID NOT NEED. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
