  • First time here. Extremely sub par and feeling very disappointed. I'm here with a large group for a presentation and have no reason to return. The appetizers, bread and salad have come and gone and our tables are still littered with menus and many empty, unused wine glasses. The bread was nearly impossible to cut through because it was in the breadwarmer too long. My starter salad was bare: dry, wilted and flavorless. Furthermore, there was condensation on the plate indicating that the salad had been pre-made and stored in a fridge for who knows how long prior to it being served. We've been here two hours and just received our entree ten minutes ago. Sadly the other two large tables have yet to receive their food. I'm almost dreading dessert. Can they mess that up too!?! Not the fine dining experience I expected. Not returning. Update: Dessert just arrived and our table is still littered with empty, unused wine glasses and menus. Everyone at our table has dessert except my friend next to me because they forgot to take my dessert order and then gave me hers. Ten minutes later they still haven't brought her her dessert. The even messed up dessert!!!! Furthermore, as our dessert arrived, one of the other tables in our group just received their entrees. I overheard someone just shriek "They're already getting their dessert and our dinner is just arriving!" This experience is SO sad!!!
