My wife has a theory that if a restaurant is crowded, the fare is good and obviously the opposite scenario applies. I've tried explain that this doesn't always ap ally in the States.
It does here however. The four star rating is for the dim sum which ranks among the best in the city and draws a huge crowd. We went for dinner recently and found the restaurant deserted sans for the employees and the food was downright horrible. Two dishes were over cooked, all were under-seasoned, and the ingredients weren't fresh.
I highly recommend the dim sum; go elsewhere for dinner.
