Well, I came upon this place in a random fashion as my car basically died in the CA desert between Primm and Baker. I asked my roadside assistance service to find a place to repair a VW in Las Vegas. My tow truck driver took me to All European. I didn't know anyone or anything in Las Vegas.
They were able to get a diagnosis together right away, so at least I knew what was wrong and it was substantial. I had to leave the car over the weekend there, but they made it a priority project in their shop as I was basically stranded. I basically needed an entire new cooling system, radiator, water pump, thermostat, etc. The old car basically blew apart.
They made some adjustments to the labor charges for me and helped me get out of Vegas and back on the road home. No offense, but I didn't want to stay in Vegas any longer. Samantha in the office was very nice to work with and her shop dogs helped keep me company as I was waiting.
