  • While most of the employees are super nice the folks at the front desk even the manager RJ or JR whatever his name happens to be is rude beyond all measures. It's like they (Boyd Management) went out and searched for the rudest don't give a dang employees in Vegas! They come across low rent, unprofessional and entitled.
