  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a full set of tires here, they kept pressuring me to get the tire insurance. So like a fool i purchased the insurance. About 2 weeks later Im about to head off for work and notice a bubble in my tire. I take it to tire works assuming they would replace it. seeing how i did get the damn insurance.... well they try to blame it on me telling me i must have run into something, and refused to repair/replace it! I asked them well what does the insurance cover and the manager tells me it only covers nails and minor issues. There was something definitely wrong with that tire. and UHMM if you get a nail in your tire you can take it to ANY tire shop and they will fix it for free. So after calling and complaining to managers, corporate for weeks i still was not pleased with the outcome. They did not replace my tire of free, they still charged me $40. Never again!
