  • A previous fan of Archi's beef salad, I noticed a major change in the quality of beef. having discussed this with other Archi fans they too said something ain't right. Soooo, I called Archi's "what's up with the meat" A frank (no pun intended Chef) said we were in fact correct, they had switched meat vendors from I believe SIsco to a clearly less worthy option. Today, I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance and order something different, chicken Satay. It was dark, fatty and less than chicken"y". So I sent it back after eating a couple bites from 1 skewer. The waitress attempted to charge me anyway! Archi's go back to your original meat supplier.
