  • I called Brian on a night that the South Hills was having heavy downpours. Our gutters and downspouts were just not operating properly and we basically had a moat around the house. He responded within a few minutes and said he'd be able to stop by the next day. He texted me with an ETA and as soon as he arrived, he was poking around to see what was going on. First of all, our downspouts were completely jammed. Our usual gutter cleaner must have missed it or we just waited too long to get them cleaned. Either way, Brian took care of the downspouts so they are clear for now. We still need to keep an eye on the gutters and hen we'll see about a next step.
