Finally I understand why the rating of this bank is so low. I have been the customer of boa for 4 years since I have been the US in 2013. This branch is alway with the lowest working efficiency. They alway let customers wait at least 15mins to see the bankers even if I have an appointment in advance. I came to this location on Monday 3pm to make wire transfer(they close at 5pm). Only one banker was on duty that day, and the manager told me all the appointments were scheduled on that day so I have to come back tomorrow to see a banker. So I made an appointment for Tuesday 11am. On Tuesday when I arrived the branch at 11:05am (cause I spent 7mins to find a parking space on mill avenue), no banker nor manager was in the lobby except one cashies who was taking care of one customer. I waited until 11:12 the manager came out to told me since I was late they let another walkin customer to go to see the banker first cause she arrived early. I was really confused with the stupid policy. If they can do walk in prior to appointment, why they refused to service me on Monday? Now I really want to cancel my account and move to any other bank on mill avenue like Chase or Wells Fargo.
