  • Took 8 mins to check me in and 30 mins to get in a bed, when there were other beds available. Update: I was called by customer service and they apologized for the wait and explained that the Location that I was at only had one silver pkg bed and at high traffic times there can be a wait and gave me some free upgrades to use. I appreciate the quick response from customer service and the upgrades. It's important to note that the staff at this location are nice and friendly however the policy's of the company do not give them much flexibility when dealing with situations such as mine. For this reason I am updating my review.
