This hotel looks all pretty and clean, but it is pretty dysfunctional on the inside. Hard to pull in to begin with. I grabbed a luggage cart myself and got yelled at about taking a cart (it was just my daughter and myself and we couldn't carry anything). Checking in was slow. We had a volleyball tournament and they didn't seem to be equipped to handle the crowd. We got to our room. It had a horrible stench like sewage. We dealt with maintenance to freshen it up. Worked for a little bit, but we had to change rooms, which was a difficult process. Other people from our team had issues with fridges not working, rooms not getting cleaned, and valet services taking over an hour to retrieve cars. Something is just off. I have to give props to the maintenance guy. He was the only one who offered us stellar customer service. Also the host at Social Kitchen was very nice. For the price of these rooms, I expected more from this hotel.
