Poor experience so far. Penske initially had our SUV for a week (Mon-Fri) before we reached out to our contact at Penske (David) to learn that the estimate was too low and they couldn't repair until adjusted. Then the person (David) we 'had' to work with due to us having USAA insurance went on vacation and our status was in limbo until his return/follow-up so a couple more weeks past before he returned a call/e-mail to us for re-scheduling. 99% of the time we have to initiate a request for an update and wait for David to respond. We dropped off the car at the Penske shop in S Scottsdale on Monday, and on Friday my husband e-mailed at 1pm to ask about the status and as of today, Monday 3 pm there's been no response. I've contacted the manager at this point. Calvin returned my call. Progress is being made and we should have our call by the weekend. This business lacks sincerity and customer understanding. I don't think a weekly update is too much to ask.
