  • We had an appointment this morning at 9 am. Our sales rep, Richard, new that we wanted to test drive an Acadi Denali. When we arrived, he did not have one ready to test drive. Waited 30 mins- still no car- We said that we were leaving to go test drive an Explorer and we would be back in 30 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later - still no car. Two guys went off to get us one - 30 minutes sill no car. I have never experienced anything like this. If you are going to buy a GMC or Buick, PLEASE take your business elsewhere. You should get better service when spending $50,000.
