  • Really really good customer service. I've always gone out of my way to buy my supplies here, but last night gave me another reason. 5 or 6 months ago I bought an $80 mod which worked great until a few days ago. For whatever reason, it wouldn't work right anymore. It would say charged to 100% but then as soon as the button was pressed, it would go to 0. I brought it in and explained what was going on to see if anyone had any thoughts about it. I was already resigned to just buying another. $80 for 6 months on a Chinese device isn't that bad. But they swapped it for a new one, no questions asked. I didn't even have my receipt anymore, but they knew who I was and didn't try and question my claim. I even offered to split the cost in order to be fair since the device was past warranty, but was told it was not necessary. This is how to keep a customer coming back forever. I has the exact opposite experience with a different shop right down the street. They sold me the wrong tank and refused to take it back, exchange it, etc. But, that's a different review altogether. Even though VVE is 10 miles away, I will always make the trip when possible. Great work guys.
