  • I am really confused by some of the bad reviews. I moved my mailbox over to this store about 3 years ago and EVERYONE has done a great job in there. I was reluctant to get my mail at another UPS franchise due to some bad experiences in Alaska. But, when I moved to Vegas I went to a no-name place and after 2 years they went out of business and they were not even going to tell me. All my business stationary had that address on it. So, when Wendy took over this store, she has hired some great people and it seems 95% of all her customers are super pleased with all of the efforts and services that her store provides. I have witnessed first hand some pretty moronic customers that really have no business even leaving their homes during the day but I realize that is a part of "retail". I have a promo business so I get packages on a daily basis and EVERYONE enthusiastically retrieves my packages to me......I should really pay more than I do but that is why I am writing this review. I cannot say enough nice things about how this business is run. Some of these other bad reviews are either non-specific or I am guessing not even this store. Some of the photos attached to this Yelp page are NOT this store. Thanks for the great service and a friendly smile everyday I come in!
