  • Az mad installed my A/C unit and I am still finding things they did to cut corners to save them money and ended up costing me. Since they installed it I have had 6 A/C repairmen out to fix various items with this "New Unit". We have found that they installed a unit that was too small for the square footage of my house. When we installed new insulation we found that the pipes they intalled were crimped on pipe that went from 3/4 to 1/2 back to 3/4 just because they had no 3/4 pipe. They clamped down squeezed it through & saudered it. It wasn't a pipe that was hard to get to either. This doesnt allow the unit to get the right freon pressure. . They installed it and covered it so the unit is not at 100% pressure.We are going to have to fix this and this is going to be very costly again! I may just have to save my hard earned money to replace it with someone more qualified. All A/C companies that have come out have found all their cut corners. Everything they did was done to save them and cost me. buyer beware!!!!
