Shared an app of fois gras sliders with the wife and thought that they were very good. I ordered the 18 oz dry aged bone in rib eye and she got the 10 oz filet, both very good. we both thought the rib eye was more flavorful. Had a side of spinach souffle which was ok, nothing spectacular. For dessert orderd the beignets with a trio of dipping sauces. Was a good end to a very good meal. Oh and i forgot to mention the amuse which is duck fat fries. Yes DUCK FAT fries with 3 different dipping sauces.
