I've not gone to Ten Penny four time since it opened, and each experience has been incredibly mediocre except for the last one which was much worse.
Nothing on the menu is especially great. I'm not sure exactly what they're going for but plenty of sandwiches just seem better-than-chain where they try and make up for quality with quantity.
During my last visit the notoriously bad service hit a new low. The checks they brought us were incorrect to begin with, and then once corrected and the cards taken they charged the wrong bills to the wrong cards. Each time we had to get up and walk around the restaurant to find someone to help us. They were not speedy in fixing it. Afterwards, I sent a message using their Contact Us link about the experience but of course never heard back.
It's not possible to go to this place during lunch on a normal day, and when they're off you'll be there closer to two.
