  • The worst store ever!! I used to get my mail here because of Ted I closed out my mail box. I had an emergency and didn't want to drive around to send a fax. I will do anything to avoid his place because of his rude ways!! Learn from me he has no customer service skills. This place use to have such wonderful people. When it was taken over and he became the face of the store I hated picking up my mail and listening to him deal with customers. I was hoping he was no longer there when I went in today, but he is. He is BEYOND RUDE made fun of a customer and commented on unknown facts. The gentleman didn't speak English and he really thought speaking louder and laughing at him was appropriate. I have looked for other means in case I ever run into this situation again. DO NOT COME HERE FIND ANOTHER STORE!!! Make that drive to avoid being treated rudely or aggravated by an awful representative of this store!!
