  • Melissa Foster and her team were AMAZING. After dealing with TWO different loan officers who after pulling mine and my FiancĂ©'s credit must have seen us as a lost cause and stopped answering my emails then months later replied saying "Oh sorry, busy, I can still help you".. Anyway... I asked my Realtor who she would recommend and she said hands down Melissa Foster at Evergreen. I got in touch with Melissa and Leanne and they pulled our credit, told us what we needed to do to get in good shape and a couple months later we were submitting all of our paperwork for approval. We were told up front any issues they foresaw and the rest of the process once we went into escrow was as smooth as can be. They requested additional paperwork maybe once and we closed on time even though I didn't think we would. If any of my friends or family ask for a loan officer I will suggest Melissa and Leanne in a heartbeat. I could not have been happier with how the process turned out and how awesome they were to deal with. Hopefully I wont be buying again for a long time but Evergreen, as long as you have those two, you have a return customer.
