  • Beyond terrible service. A simple request - 3 shirts with one graphic and Thomas couldn't deliver. Don't use Thomas if you are interested in hassle free or reliable service. Do use Thomas if you are interested in feeling like you're bothering someone who doesn't take their own business seriously. A summary of my experience with Thomas: - Wasn't even willing to SUGGEST an acceptable alternative to a font he didn't have - Unresponsive to emails and calls (even on a rush order) - Decide to 'pass' on the order 1 day before we needed it - Overall rude, difficult to work with and careless to the needs of a customer
