  • I called them to have my refrigerator repaired by them. The guy who answered the phone call took my info and set up the appointment. A few hours later he called me back asking for 75.00 $ charge to come and take a look at my fridge. When I told him that this is not what their website indicates, he told me that " you should go some where else since you are not already happy with me!!!" He was very rude with me on the phone. I am so glad that it did not work out since I would hate to give my business to such a disrespectful person. Interestingly the other review also mentions how rude these people are.
