  • Joe Radosta is only going to be a good agent for if you need someone to be brutally honest. He will not sugar coast the housing market based on what he thinks you want to hear. He will not tell you the home you might think is nice is a good investment if he believes it is not based on his information. Most importantly he will not tell you anything you need to hear to close the deal with you. He just wants to make sure your needs, short term, or long term, will be fulfilled. As long as you are clear with what your needs are, he will be clear as how to fulfill them. As much as I want to keep this guy a secret amongst my friends, everybody deserves an honest realtor. Be prepared for some truth, and enjoy the home-buying experience!
