***AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS*** ( Toronto Location) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Paid for extended warranty from the store upon purchase. Fridge started having electrical issues. Store sent technicians who state this is a known problem with this fridge and cannot be fixed but rather replaced. Spoke with Bosche who spoke with store and agreed to replace the fridge. Money was sent by Bosch to the store to replace the unit.
Taken 7 different days off work now waiting for this issue to be resolved and for a PAID FOR refrigerator!! The delivery time slot they give you is wrong EVERYTIME ( ie- they estimate they'll be there from 9-12 and then call 5 minutes to 12 to tell you they'll be there from 3-5) After you wait ALL day for the delivery- the appliance has multiple dents! The store is now avoiding our calls.
According to Bosch they've had problems dealing with this store before!!!!
Still waiting for our fridge and have now lost a lot of $$$ on days taken off work. Are they going to extend this out as long as they can, sending damaged goods?!? WORST experience dealing with a store EVER. Shady business practices! Thinking of taking legal action now.
